Tri City Power Wash & Window Cleaning isn’t just a business to us — it’s our livelihood, a family-run operation where everyone plays a role. Cory started the business in 2017, and you’ll often see him as the face and voice of the company. Dawna, his wife, is a Civil Engineer for Yavapai County but occasionally helps Cory on jobs when an extra hand is needed.

Our four children are just as involved in making sure everything runs smoothly. Carson, our oldest, helps on off days from school, spending extra time working alongside Cory. Makenna, our oldest daughter, contributes by organizing inventory, sorting towels, and coming up with ideas for our Facebook posts. Caleb takes pride in washing our vans and trucks, while our youngest, Hadley, is eager to help with anything she can — she’s quite the daddy’s girl!

Running a business is a 24/7 job, but it also gives us the flexibility to be there for our children’s school and extracurricular activities. We cherish the moments we can create memories together, and our family-focused approach extends to the way we run our business.

We’re grateful for our two full-time employees who have helped us expand our services, allowing us to serve even more homes in the area. Without them, we wouldn’t be able to meet the growing demand.
